Skype microphone volume doesn't go over 13 in shared.xml file??

Skype my microphone volume is very low to the other .. I tried everything, including the use of .. micro drive and a dozen other things .. but the main reason is that i cannot change the micvolume in sahred.xml file permanently. I changed the micvolume 13 to 200 and saved .. then saved the test file .. but when I Opne skype .. and to call .. .. it doesn't work and if it finds the file shared.xml again its back to 13 .. Chamnge How can he? Is it something to do with the configuration file? I uninstalled Skype and reinstalled 3 times now, but the same problem. Please help others can hear my voice very low. Bug tested the sound recorder .. works well. except that the microphone volume is very low, its always .. 13 in the file shared.xml .. so when his 13 theres no way that others can hear me loud .. this is obviously the case ..
